RUNCLUB SUNDAY

RUNCLUB is for everyone who loves running, regardless of your level. This time, we'll be doing a 5K run together, starting from our personal training studio at Protonstraat 22 3 .

We'll run the 5K at a comfortable, group pace of 6:00 to 6:30 per kilometer , so everyone can participate and we'll finish strong together. Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned runner, at RUNCLUB you'll never run alone, and we'll motivate each other to reach our full potential.

Afterwards there will be a coffee surprise waiting for you ☕
